LM 48 Installation Paste

Is used for assembly of engines, gearboxes, industrial machinery or for press fitting etc. Very adherent on polished surfaces. Use on engine bearings, piston skirts, camshaft lobes etc. Prevents dry-run damage at start-up. Allows easy assembly of tight-fitting parts. Provides protection from scoring during press fit. Uses a synergistically active and unique solid lubricant system of zinc sulfide, graphite, fluorides and tungsten disulfide.

Service temperature: -35 °C to +450 °C (-31 °F to +842 °F).

Area of use: Suitable for assembly of engines, gearboxes, industrial machinery, when press fitting etc.
